New Caribbean Poker Tour to Take Off in November
What promises to be the joy for numerous live poker fans out there is a new Caribbean Poker Tour, a well-funded tournament supported by iPoker Network and William Hill Poker. The tournament will run from November 8 to 14 this year on the St. Maarten and Punta Cana Caribbean islands, and players will be able to qualify for it through satellites and qualifiers ran at the supporting poker rooms. There will also be numerous side events and cash games, hosted by top professional Tobias Reinkemeier, while the main events will feature buy-ins of $1,500 in Punta Cana and $1,650 in St. Maarten. It is believed that the tourney will attract a host of famous players, especially thanks to the fact that it coincides with the World Poker Tour Caribbean leg. Its organizers - Thomas Kremser, Leon Groenewoud, and Alex Teufel have wide experience in the field, and have provided a one-stop website for players to finalize all their arrangements.
