The new software introduced at Ultimate Poker last Saturday hasn't come without a whole host of problems from software crashes to issues with payouts.
A numbers of players say they've reported the issues and were told that the information was passed on to management with no resolution or further contact.
One player said, "The software still crashes WAY too often. It has happened 4-5 times to me today while playing six tables, and I get booted from them all. This has cost me a lot of money in hands I was involved during the crashes."
