Molly Bloom Pleads Guilty in New York Illegal Online Gambling Case
Another guilty plea has been given in the New York illegal gambling "art dealer" case as Molly Bloom aka the Poker Princess, pled guilty in front of a federal court in New York on Thursday. Bloom was responsible for hosting high stakes poker games for celebrities and now faces charges for her involvement in a Russian-American organized crime group that laundered $100 million as a result of illegal online gambling. High profile celebrities such as Leonardo DiCaprio and Ben Affleck attended Bloom's poker games but they've both refused to comment. Bloom will face sentencing in April 2014 for admittedly accepting rake from her games.
