New York Intrastate Poker Bill Introduced

In the midst of the Graham-Chaffetz online gambling banning bills currently in Congress, a New York lawmaker has introduced an intrastate online poker legalization bill in the state Senate. Republican Party state Senator John Bonacic is responsible for bill SB 6913. The bill, currently in the committee stage, outlines rules for cash and tournament action. It also makes provisions for the penalization of unlicensed operators making them liable to pay state taxes.
