British Gambling Commission Revokes Bodugi Gaming License
Bodugi Limited has been shut down after the British Gambling Commission revoked its gaming license. The company was established in 2010 by Dave Nevison and Michael Wilson. The Commission suspended the company's license while an investigation ensued regarding withdrawal issues. The Commission's revocation order is issued in terms of sections 117(2)(f) and 119(1) of the Gambling Act 2005: "Unsuitability to carry out licensed activities in a manner which is consistent with the licensing objectives, and breach of licensing conditions”, along with a failure to cooperate during the review.
