Tyler Patterson, 31 from Washington state, made it through a field of 990 hopefuls in Event 48 of the World Series of Poker, a $1,500 buy-in PLO Hi-Low Split8 or Better competition with a $1,337,850 prize pool, facing Scott Clements in the heads up for his and taking the bracelet.
The final table was comprised of Patterson and Clements, Cody Crawford, Jeff Madsen, Gary Kosakowski, Tom Schneider, Derek Raymond, John Flournoy and Dylan Wilkerson.
Clements fought for his third WSOP bracelet but in the end it was Patterson who won top prize of $270,992 and the bracelet. Clements took the runner up prize of $167,686.
