Canadian Player Snags Biggest Win of his Career in WSOP Event 55
Canadian player Asi Moshe was victorious in World Series of Poker event 55, a $1,500 buy-in NLHE contest, taking his first bracelet and top prize of $582,321. He headed for the final table with Michael Ferrer, Aaron Massey, David Jackson, Bobby Poe, Henrik Hecklen, Marc Etienne McLaughlin, Tim West and Brian Kennedy. Jackson started out as the chip leader but in the end it was Moshe and Ferrer facing off in the heads up. Within just 7 hands Ferrer was knocked out coming in second with a check for $361,207. Moshe says the win is his largest yet and his fourth major live tournament.
