Rational Group's general counsel and executive Paul Telford is to make an exit once Amaya Gaming Group completes the acquisition deal.
Telford noted the difficulties since Black Friday and will take time out to spend with his family.
He confirms that this was a personal decision and not based on his opinion of Amaya Gaming. It was a difficult choice for him to make but he believes that David Baazov and Marlon Goldstein will lead the company toward "to great things".
