After being approved for Bulgarian licensing in February, PokerStars has finally launched in the market with PokerStars 7 software available in the beta testing phase.
Rational Group communications chief Eric Hollreiser, said, “PokerStars strives to be first-in-market when online poker licenses are made available and we're proud to be the first locally licensed poker site in Bulgaria. We believe in the potential of the Bulgarian market and that is why our company has invested in the local licence.”
The company is currently licensed in the following jurisdictions: France, Italy, Denmark, Germany, Belgium, Spain, Estonia, Malta and the Isle of Man.
Full Tilt is in the process of obtaining Bulgarian licensing.

so, if i am understand correct it is just another one reservation? I mean only bulgarian players can play at bulgarian website? So it is just sick and not very interesting...
