Screen writer Aaron Sorkin has announced that he will bring the story of poker princess Molly Bloom in her book "Molly's Game" to life on the big screen.
Sorkin is also known for the script for The Social Network, a story of Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg.
The Mark Gordon Company has rights to the book and Gordon himself will produce the film.
Bloom was a professional skier by the age of 21; however she did not make it to the Olympics. She took one year off from studying law which eventually led to her career in poker.
