NYX Gaming Group Limited (NYX) has announced its acquisition of Ongame Network Limited, a B2B poker network based in Gibraltar, from Amaya Gaming Group Inc. NYX Gaming Group currently provides bingo, casino and lottery products for the European and US markets and Ongame will make a nice addition to its offering.
CEO of NYX Gaming Group, Matt Davey, said, “Ongame is renowned in the gaming industry for its excellent poker products, platform and service. Not only does this acquisition provide NYX Gaming Group with one of the best poker products in the industry, it also gives us access to products that are regulated in several jurisdictions, and more importantly a talent pool that can help grow all parts of our business.

Further, through this transaction we will strengthen our relationship with one of the most successful gaming companies in the world, the Amaya Gaming Group.”
In other news, NYX Gaming Group filed a preliminary long form prospectus with the securities commissions with each Canadian province and territory on November 21, 2014 for the first public offering of its ordinary shares. Underwriting the offering will be Canaccord Genuity Corp, Cormark Securities Inc., National Bank Financial Inc., Dundee Securities Ltd., Global Maxfin Capital Inc. and Mackie Research Capital Corporation.
