A player from Hong Kong won a world record breaking one hundred million Hong Kong dollars (approximately US$ 12,890,500) over the weekend in World Series Baccarat Championship.
Following confirmation of the record by Guinness, Lin Haisan will be entered into the Guinness World Record annual book in two categories including biggest individual prize ever won in a baccarat tournament and biggest prize pool in a baccarat tournament at HK$ 119,000,000.
Haisan made it through qualifiers in Australia and Macau prior to making to the finals at the Sheraton in Macau, sponsored by operator SunCity Group.
