Another Batch of FTP Payments Approved by DOJ
The US Department of Justice Asset Forfeiture and Money Laundering Section has given approval for additional payments to be made to Petitioners who have disputed their Full Tilt Poker (FTP) balances. Administrators Garden City Group (GCG) said “Petitioners who have confirmed their FTP Account Balances and recently cured deficiencies” will also be paid. This batch of payments will include 3,500 claims and US$ 2.8 million. GCG said the payments will be completed by the end of March. The disputed petitions that received DOJ approval this time are those that: are of $500 or less, or a dispute between $500.01 and $2,000, if the difference between the FTP Account Balance and the disputed amount is 20 percent or less. GCG advised on fulltiltpokerclaims.com that all other Petitions and disputes are being reviewed.
