Nevada and Delaware Soft Launch Shared Poker Pools
The idea of shared player pools in Nevada and Delaware has finally been realized as of Tuesday. The implementation comes after months of interstate negotiations and discussions. Online poker has been legal in both states for over a year now and legislators hope that increased player pools will draw in more players. Bill Rini, the head of online poker at Caesars-888 operation WSOP.com in Nevada announced the soft launch of the network on Tuesday evening, which has pleased online poker players across both states. Internet Poker games have failed to generate the expected income in either state so it may be possible that a larger number of players boosting pots will bring the numbers up.
