Keith Lehr Earns 2nd WSOP Bracelet After 7 Heads Up Rounds
51-year-old pro poker player, Keith Lehr of Louisiana, won his second World Series of Poker winner's bracelet on Thursday after defeating 142 participants in the $10,000 buy-in Heads Up NLHE Championship for top prize of $334,430. It has been twelve years since winning his first bracelet and this time he was up against some heavy hitters in several heads up rounds with Matthew Hyman, Adam Sobolewski, Justin Oliver, Jake Schindler, Valeriu Coca and Dee Tiller. Lehr gained the lead within 23 hands in the 7th heads up against Paul Volpe leaving him in second place.
