Seals With Clubs Operator Enter Guilty Plea in Nevada Court
A Las Vegas court heard Seals With Clubs operator, Bryan Micon plead guilty to charges of running the illegal online gambling website on Thursday. Micon returned to the United States in an attempt to clear his name after he and his family moved to Antigua following a raid by Nevada Gaming Control Commission of his home in Las Vegas. The plea bargain will see Micon serve probation rather than do jail time. He may later file to have the felony charge be reflected as a misdemeanor on his record. In addition to probation, Micon will pay a $25,000 fine and forfeit $900, 3.0996 Bitcoin and electronic equipment that was seized by the state. A District Court judge will determine the length of the probation period during the court hearing on July 6th.
