Full Tilt Addresses Decline in Players
Full Tilt has reported a decline in players since the start of 2015 going from an average of 1,800 seats filled in cash games to 1,000. Management is definitely concerned about the player loss and m.d. Dominic Mansour recently published a blog revealing that changes are on the way to boost recreational play, level the field of professionals vs. fish and revamp loyalty programs. The company also announced the appointment of pro poker player Marc Kennedy as its ambassador, who will serve as a liaison between players and Full Tilt senior management. Kennedy will take in feedback from players and report back to senior management, a process that has worked out for PokerStars. Mansour also hinted that additional changes are in the works and will be revealed in the coming weeks and months.
