East Coast Poker Championship to be Held at Turning Stone Resort Casino
Turning Stone Resort Casino, located in the heart of central New York, and operated by Oneida Indian Nation, has just been named the official venue to hold the East Coast Poker Championship, scheduled to take place on Thursday, May 19th and will continue through May 22nd. The tournament will begin on Thursday, at 11am, and the first day will consist of three starting flights. This will take place inside the casino's impressive poker room, and players may compete in the championship with a $570 buy-in. To start out, all competing players will be given 30,000 poker chips to begin the no-limit hold-em event. Participants will have the opportunity to show off their skills, and take a stab at earning a guaranteed jackpot of $100,000, complete with 30-minute blind levels to start, which will increase to 40 and 50 minutes as the tournament advances. Situated in upstate New York, just 30 miles east of Syracuse, guests visiting the facility for the East Coast Poker Championship will also have access to over 2,000 gaming machines, over a dozen table games, bingo, and keno opportunities. Nightly accommodations are also available, as the establishment is equipped with a full-service hotel on site, complete with 268 rooms, with 28 suites, along with an inn, RV park, and lodge, giving visitors a number of options. Additionally, there are 11 dining options to select from throughout the property, not including room-service, plus an array of entertainment choices. Also on site is a spa, fitness center, and prestigious golf course.
