Hey Tony G – U Mad Bro?

Hey Tony G – U Mad Bro?
Black Friday is over. It's been over for 5 long years. Everyone has moved on, got their money from Full Tilt and Poker Stars. The poker world is right and we should forget about all of that. Or should we? One professional has other thoughts and loves to express them any chance he gets. Tony G. is one of the most outspoken poker players, and human beings on the planet. His tirades at the table rival that of Phil Hellmuth and many consider him to be somewhat of an ass for lack of a better term. He does provide good entertainment, but his outlandish behavior at the tables can be obnoxious to say the least. Most of the time, he is out of line with his comments, but he may have every right in the world to express his displeasure with Chris Ferguson. Last week at the 2016 WSOP, Chris Ferguson made a final table in event 39, a $10,000 buy in 6 handed NL Hold Em event. The poker world already knew of Fergusons return to the WSOP, and many underplayed the occasion. The announcers at the final table tried all they could to bite their tongues, and much to their credit, did an impressive job of commentating. Only mentioning the incident once and moving on. Ferguson would finish the event in 4th place and win over $140,000. Most players would be met at the rails by their friends and peers to congratulate them on their performance. While I'm sure Ferguson still has friends in the poker world. Tony G is definitely not one of them. Instead of high fives and congratulations, Ferguson was met with some rather harsh words from Tony G. Words we can't repeat on this site, but were heard loud and clear throughout the Rio when Ferguson busted. Its clear Tony is still upset about what happened during Black Friday and was heard shouting words such as “Thief,” “Coward,” and “No Shame.” Along with a few other choice words not meant for virgin ears. But everyone got paid back from Full Tilt didn't they? So why is Tony G so mad? He has spoken out about the way Full Tilt has handled their situation since day 1, literally. He went on the popular podcast, “QuadJacks” the day of, and expressed his concern over the matter. He's routinely been open about the matter and cited numerous times how he feels Full Tilt handled their situation so poorly. Even calling for the ousting of Ray Bitar and other poker players. What most don't know, is that Tony G is still owed a lot of money by Full Tilt. Money he will surely never see. Tony is the owner of Poker News.com and was an affiliate of Full Tilt. While Full Tilt was up and running, Tony made millions from this affiliate deal. Once Full Tilt went under, Tony was owed millions more in affiliate income that was rightfully his. Part of the Poker Stars buyout of Full Tilt did not have any stipulation to pay back affiliates of the site. Tony G was not the only one owed money as an affiliate, but most likely one of the largest. It's clear that Tony has yet to get over this, and we can't blame him.
