Patrik Antonius used to play poker with his friends already as a 12 year old growing up in Finland. In 2007 he placed third in this tournament in the World Championship of Pot Limit Omaha which won him $311,394.He has dubbed Jennifer Harman as a mentor and in his first appearance on the NBC Poker After Dark show he finished as the runner up after her. Perhaps it was her advice that let him win over Brad Booth when he showed up at the next Poker After Dark. In September 2008 he finished second in the Full Tilt Poker Pot Limit Omaha Championship which won him $320,000.
