Tiffany Michelle grew up in Los Angeles and has become known as a professional poker player and also as an actress. Her connection to poker began as a youngster when she learned how to play the poker game with her grandfather. She then played poker with her grandfather and brothers. Also while young, her love of the performing arts became quite apparent and she became accustomed to the stage while appearing at shows during school and college. Drama and the theatre became a part of her life and she studied the theatre in a two year program. She also attended classes at UCLA's Film and Television Department. She adapted well to the screen and has featured in TV shows including 'E.R.'. In between the screen jobs in Hollywood, Tiffany Michelle began placing money at the poker tables.

Tiffany Michelle: As a Poker Pro and Celebrity

Tiffany Michelle became a professional poker player and gained the nickname of 'Hot Chips' in poker circles.

In 2008, Tiffany Michelle made quite a splash in the poker arena when she became the Last Woman Standing in the Main Event of the WSOP. She earned the significant amount of $334,534 in prize winnings at this event. In general, the professional poker circles tend to be dominated by men and Tiffany Michelle made a name for herself at this WSOP championship.

Tiffany Michelle is also known as an attractive woman in front of the cameras next to the poker tables. Following her experience when she acted as a commentator at the 2006 World Series of Poker, she became the first woman in such a position when she began to be an on-camera host for Poker News in 2007. For the next year and a half, Tiffany Michelle was involved in major poker events such as the World Series of Poker, the World Poker Tour and the European Poker Tour where she displayed her confidence and performing ability as a host.

Tiffany Michelle plays online poker at the site Ultimate Bet (UB), where she is one of the poker pros at Team UB. In this position, she is an ambassador for UB and also shares tips and strategies with the UB poker community. In addition, Tiffany Michelle writes a blog that is featured at the Ultimate Bet site.

Tiffany Michelle also has plenty to offer away from the cards at the poker tables. She has been involved in commentating work on poker related issues, for Poker News, covering tournaments such as WSOP, WPT and the EPT.

As an actress, Tiffany Michelle has appeared in 'American Dreams', 'ER' and 'The Amazing Race'.

Tiffany Michelle is presently only in her mid twenties and seems to have achieved so much. In addition to being a poker pro and performer, the year 2009 saw Tiffany Michelle become a clothes designer with the recent launch of the 'Tiffany Michelle by Black Ace' clothing line.
