Golden sitngo - $4.40 buyin.  I raised pre-flop to 300 (10x BB) and the calling station to my right called.  Flop came down and the calling station raises all in so I called.  Would you believe runner runner flush.  Sick sick sick!

All in Ace high and he got the flush - it was sick and I was pretty sick too.  It wasn't a golden sitngo so I'm relieved about that.

I saw one golden sitngo where buyin was $200 and everyone got their buyin back and top 3 (I think) had their winnings doubled!

Ouch indeed.  That did hurt.  Trying to get value without scaring off your opponent is so difficult.  Very unlucky.

After a 2 month hiatus from playing. I stepped on to the tables today. Was doing good until I played a cap table which I normally never do.

Get 77 in against A3 and lose to running 3's.

Get KK in against 99 4 hands later and lose.

I now understand why I stopped playing for a while

It does get so frustrating.

LOL Oh dear

I think im just on one of my worse runs ever. I played ahome game earlier and lost every big hand.

got it in good with a set of 10's and lost to a straight on the river. The n I slow played KK and dude hit a 3 outer on the river.

Then we started playing 5 card draw and I hit trips which in 5 card draw is a pretty strong hand. I lost to 3 Qs. Its like every time i get a big hand, someone has one bigger and I have to pay it off since its literally the only hand they can have that would beat me. And they have it every time.

It's just so depressing when it's like that.  I had a run like that and stopped playing for a while.  That was a few years ago now.  I hope it improves for you soon.

I got my favorite Chocalate Frosty shake form Wendys and then ran inside becasue I was so excited to drink it and wound up splitting my toes open on the front step and spilling the drink. Now I have a broken big toe and no frosty :(

it's suprise me, but i'm not steaming anymore after bad beats  :z

i was playign a home game when I finally got a some type of hand to play.

I had 57 suited and flopped a straight draw.

2 players bet and call in front of me. I go all in for my last $40 in chips.

Fisrt guy calls with pocket Queens for top pair and the other guy calls with AK for no pair. Dont ask why he called, hes just bad.

Dude Queens is not too happy with my hand and begins to tell me how bad I am.

Turn brings a Queen giving him a set. He literally jumps out of his chair, bangs in to the wall and puts a hole in it.

I laugh a bit and say "We got one more card."

"Oh ya" he says

River binks the 4 giving me the nuts and he goes nuts.

I calmly sit back in my seat, rake in a nice $200 pot while he almost cries.

It was sweet redemption for berating me and celebrating prematurely and not to mention un called for.

He proceeds to buy in with a $25 Game Stop gift card and a $25 iTunes card. We all agreed as we felt a little bad for him. Plus I have been looking to get a new game.

LOL what a fool.  He was silly to celebrate before the last card had been dealt.

NL2 forever. I used to play poker for like 4 hrs/day, now I log in, play like 20 min, lose like 3 stackes cause of suckouts (AA<23o pre forever) and log out as I'm sick of it. Just a little longer downswing P* please and I'll change poker room  ;/

Yep it's the RNG which poker players know how to play (rather than the game of poker).  Very frustrating.

So I played  today at "River" Stars today again, lost 3x AA pre flop in a row, I decided not to give up and continue playing.

I was like: Come on, just one time let me win...

Really?! I don't even want to know how many BI I'm under EV line...  >:( downswing forever  ;/ I used to make 20-50BI/day, now I'm glad if I'm break even...

OMG that is terrible Sommi.  Three times in a row?  And the last time to four kings?  I guess when your luck is off this is the way it goes.  Especially in online poker.

Yeah, it's terrible, I should be +7 BI today if I remember it well but I just lost 5 of them.. What's happening this month is just sick, I'll collect 1100 VPP more for another 50$ bonus and change poker room, I guess. P* hates me badly  :P

It's not funny anymore. AA lost pre-flop 5 times in a row, sets losing to backdoor flushes etc..  >:( Not going to play a single hand today anymore.

That really sucks big time Sommi.  I lost with aces too today.  You're having a bad couple of days that's for sure.

Your luck is just off today so good thing you took a break.  Those pocket aces...love them or hate them....mostly hate them because a lot of times they are big money losers.  When I do get them, which is rare, I cringe and you know why.  Hope your luck turns around.
