Cryptologic Online Poker Players Make A Difference To Boss Network

IPN Welcomes Three Millionth Player Last month's integration of former Cryptologic Internet poker players into Boss Media's International Poker Network (see previous InfoPowa reports) has had an almost immediate beneficial impact, with the IPN reporting the registration of its three millionth player this week...and current growth showing no sign of slowing. Boss claims that its IPN is now Europe's largest independent online poker network and has recently recorded a 14 percent increase in active daily players, together with a 22 percent rise in maximum concurrent players. This in addition to a 28 percent growth in daily registrations. Internet poker players from the CryptoLogic licensees included those from ExtremePoker.com, ClassicPoker.com, Opoker.com, DTDPoker.com, BetJacks.com, InterPoker.com and ParBet.com, all of which transferred to the Boss network, joining major brands like CelebPoker.com, PokerHeaven.com, BetClick.com and ParadisePoker.com. White label provider St Minver manages player liquidity, tournaments, customer service and promotions for the Boss system of poker, bingo and casino sites. “This is a major milestone for the IPN,” said Atul Bali, President for Boss' parent firm, New Media And Sports Betting Company. “We are building on the strength of each company in the new media group and this is just the first of many achievements to come.” New Media And Sports Betting Company is owned by the American GTech Corporation and also controls Finsoft, St Minver and Dynamite Idea.
