A Good Weekend For Isildur1

Swedish enigma earns a $845 000 profit Unless misfortune befalls the unknown Swedish high stakes poker player Isildur1, he looked set to end the weekend up $845 000 when InfoPowa went to press after a busy session on the Full Tilt nosebleed tables. It wasn't exactly an auspicious start for the enigmatic Swede, who fell foul of Sami Kelopuro on the $100/$200 NLHE tables, tried upping the ante by doubling the stakes, and lost a total of $231 000. Undeterred, the intrepid Swedish player took on Dang on the $200/$400 PLO tables, rebuilding his bankroll by $550 456 over 4 000 hands of action. In true Isildur1 style, the Swede then moved up to $300/$600 PLO, challenging Alexander Kostritsyn and taking him for another $284 000 before moving on to a $300/$600 PLO six-max game, where he played another 521 hands and lost $344 000! Still looking for trouble. Isildur1 then entered another confrontation with Kelopuro, playing $300/$600 NLHE and winning $220 000 of his earlier losses back before tangling with Ilari Sahamies on $500/$1 000 PLO in a 500 hand match that earned the Swede another $200 000. As the weekend ended, Isildur1 was up $845 000 and was facing his old nemesis Brian Hastings, losing $150 000 in the first 1 500 hands of $500/$1 000 PLO.
