New French Moves At Party Gaming

Apr 20, 2010
Media group to join Party Gaming's French poker network Party Gaming has the new week off to a good start with its announcement that it has clinched a second important French b2b deal with an exclusive multi-year agreement to provide a white label online poker service for AB Groupe, one of the country's leading TV broadcasters. The new service will be branded 'LuckyJeux' and will join Party Gaming's French poker network which will also include Partypoker.fr. Once Party Gaming obtains the required licence and is operational, players on the network will benefit from a shared pool of player liquidity operating on a single platform. The cross marketing possibilities with AB Groupe are considerable; the media company has approximately 52 million paid subscribers and offers 15 subscription channels in France and other French speaking countries, including RTL9, AB1 and AB MOTEURS. The new LuckyJeux poker service will be extensively promoted across the AB Groupe network both on air and online. Commenting on the agreement, Jim Ryan, chief executive of Party Gaming, said: “AB Groupe is a first rate addition to our French poker network and is consistent with our stated strategy of combining B2C and B2B offerings in newly regulated markets. Together with our recently announced alliance with PMU, we are in great shape ahead of the market opening and are excited about our prospects.”
