Full Tilt Stays Without ARJEL License

French regulator issues a statement It seems that there's no end to the troubles of Full Tilt, as at the very beginning of the week came a report from the French market that the country's gaming regulatory authority ARJEL has also decided to suspend Full Tilt's license. It has been specified in a statement that the reasons for the suspension are the following: - After it had requested disclosure of the company's financial capacity and availability of sufficient cash flow to cover the balances of French players using the services of Rekop Limited and Pocket Kings Limited Filco, ARJEL received only an "incomplete dossier" from the company, so it invited the company to reapply for authorization on June 17, 2011. - Then, as a result of the Alderney Gambling Control Commission's recent suspension of Full Tilt's licenses, the access to the French-facing fulltiltpoker.fr was adversely affected, so ARJEL asked Full Tilt to work together with the relevant authorities and enable French players to access the .fr website, and let the players know the reasons for the disruption in service on the site. Since Rekop Limited failed to fulfill the requests, ARJEL held an emergency meeting and suspended its authorization as a precautionary measure until the company can manage to fulfill the requirements and re-apply for ARJEL authorization made on June 17, 2011.
