The tour leg notes record number of entrants
This week was marked by the end of the Pokerstars Latin American Poker Tour leg in Colombia, which attracted a record number of entrants - 681 of them – to the main event, which was taken down by an Argentinian pro Julian Menendez.
In the final table, Menendez had to face some fierce competition, which included his heads-up opponent Jonathan Monsalves, Jhon Jairo, Stuart McDonald, Victor Forero, Rafael Pardo, Jessica Bedoya, Alexis Gomez and Jonathan Markovitz.
After the heads-up, Menendez left the the Allegro Casino with $64,710, defeating Monsalves who had to settle with the runner-up prize.
