Ongame Network Loses Tower Gaming
Long-standing skin moves to the Cake Poker Network As it turns out, recent reports that Tower Gaming is leaving the Ongame Network have been true – it's moving to its rival, a subsidiary of Cake, Euro Cake Network which is licensed by the LGA in Malta that does not accept US action. In addition, the switch has been confirmed by the company's affiliate marketing arm, Poker Affiliate Solutions. It specified that players will be moved to Cake network towards the end of the week – a move that will significantly boost Cake's player liquidity, site traffic and promotional action. The move also arose speculations that it could be a result of Ongame's emphasis on creating a more recreational player-friendly environment, or of concerns that Ongame is to be disposed of due to the recent merger of Bwin and Party Gaming.
