Update: Transitional Period Extension Welcomed by AEDAPI

Spanish Trade Association applauds the Spanish Government's responsibility This week, the Spanish Trade Association AEDAPI welcomed the decision of the Spanish Government to grant a 6 month extension to the unlicensed online poker providers who still operate in the country without a license. In the Association's opinion, this is a “comprehensive, well thought out and properly planned and implemented licencing process that should be unrushed to ensure a fully competitive and regulated market beneficial to all stake holders.” According to an AEDAPI spokesperson, a successful online gambling market depends on all decisions taken going forward.
