Still, it was Mullin who prevailed, leaving Gilligan with the runner up prize of Euro 73,650 . The event saw a player taking a bad beat - Canadian pro Nick Abou Risk who even though he left his third UKIPT final table in the seventh place, which earned him Euro 14,700, he actually went home without a win.
