Bellevue, Washington player surprises! This week saw the end of the 2012 World Poker Tour L.A. Poker Classic, held at the Commerce Casino in Los Angeles, where the major win was taken down by a young amateur player from Bellevue, WA - $1,370,240. Sean Jazayeri, started off well on the final day, and easily reached the final table together with David “Doc” Sands, Dan Kelly, Noah Schwartz, Jason Burt and Jason Somerville However, after formidable action, it was Jazayeri and Dave Sands who faced in the heads-up, with the latter over 2 million ahead in chip count. Still, that was not enough for Jazayeri, whose disciplined play brought him back and enabled him to ake the game amid several million chip pots. He left Sands with quite a consoling second placing paycheck worth $806,370.
