Fast paced poker action is ready
This week, online poker giant PokerStars decided to launch its new high speed Zoom Poker, described as a 'fast-moving ring game offering', in real money beta mode sometime in mid March.
After two weeks of fun beta mode, the company decided that its real money version will go live as soon as the in-house developers have completed a number of interesting tweaks to the software that include a “sit out next BB” feature and a “fold and watch” facility that allows a player to fold a hand but stick around to watch how it ends before moving on to the next table.
It appears that the format of the game is pretty similar to that of Full Tilt Poker's Rush Poker, which was the first one to present high speed poker.
