Everleaf Poker Payment Issues Continue
Following the issues with Purple Lounge and Media Corp, players are experiencing slow payouts with LGA licensed Everleaf Gaming. Everleaf took the plunge and risked operating in the US market and it has been months since receiving a cease and desist warning from Homeland Security. The warning was followed up with an enforcement raid on the Causash processor which led to a loss of funds and a financial blow to Everleaf. US players continue to go unpaid and the company has not done much to clean up the mess other than advising players to open e-processor accounts with two companies which do not serve the US market or suggesting that players travel outside the country to open bank accounts. As the licensing authority, the LGA is not communicating effectively or providing any information to players with regard to the Everleaf situation where they were found to be noncompliant. These non-compliances were significant enough for the LGA to apply unspecified "sanctions", and a weak assurance that Everleaf was "addressing" these non-compliances. One aspect has yet to be dealt with. The LGA has yet to address the payment issue. Everleaf has failed to pay US players and provides no options to rectify the issue with feasible payment options since pulling out of the American market.
