PIVGame and Muchos Poker in Serious Conflict?
The war between the PIV and Muchos Poker multi-platform referring networks seems to be getting worse, and mentioning of litigation has already appeared, even though it is not certain how the whole conflict started. At the moment, there are just numerous claims about player deposits, royalties, Interpol involvement, affiliate clashes and company responsibilities for payments. Some unconfirmed reports indicate that PIV shut down Muchos banking facilities a month ago in order to channel player deposits to itself. What is known for sure is that Muchos has advised its clients that its contract with PIV was terminated on October 29th, although it did not provide any reasons. It has also ceased the promotion of the PIV poker platforms, and begun focusing on its own, which includes 888, Boss Media, Instadeal, Ongame, Revolution, Merge and iPoker tiers 1 and 2. Apparently, Muchos affiliates were also told that their players will no longer be able to access PIV skins, but that they can benefit from a new and improved range of skins. The affiliates were reportedly recommended by Muchos to withdraw their account balances from PIV and get their players to opt for its services on terms and conditions similar to those they had previously enjoyed. How this whole dispute is to end, remains to be seen.
