'Jesus' Ferguson and DoJ Deal Signed Off
Federal judge Kimba Wood has ratified The Black Friday settlement agreement between former Full Tilt Poker director Christopher 'Jesus' Ferguson and the US Department of Justice. According to the expensive agreement Ferguson will pay $2.35 million, along with the unspecified contents of a Citibank account, but was not required to make any admission of wrongdoing or liability. Moreover, he is excluded from working or earning from unlicensed internet poker operations in the United States.
