A notification from the US Treasury this week announced a public auction of some expensive watches and jewellery, including a 2007 World Series of Poker main event winner's bracelet – which back then belonged to Jerry Yang. The auction that is taking place under the authority in Internal Revenue Code section 6331, describes the property as being seized for non-payment of internal revenue taxes due from a taxpayer. The government notice informs that "Corum bracelet and Corum watch won at the 2007 World Series of Poker Main Event; Corum ladies watch; Wittnauer watches; Movado watches; Rockwell Timekeeper; Raymond Weil watch; Gold herring- bone necklace and bracelet; White gold bracelet with blue sapphires and diamonds; bracelet with “Mom” inscription; 14K man's gold bracelet with “WSOP Champ;” Man's gold necklace with an “A's of Hearts” pendent with white embedded diamonds (10K); silver breast plate “Hmong” cultural jewelry" will all be sold at the auction. So far, no comment has been issued by Yang on the auction, which will be held on April 4 at 4330 Watt Avenue, Sacramento, California.
