Two Time WSOP Circuit Council Bluffs Winner, Blair Hinkle
Blair Hinkle wins the title at WSOP Circuit Council Bluffs making it the second time he won this event. He knocked out 367 players and took the $121,177 first place prize. Hinkle, 27, won the same event in 2010 for $88,566 and is now considered the first man in WSOPC history to win the same event twice. “Coming into the final table, my mom mentioned story lines for the reporters. I thought this would be a good one so I tried to make it happen”, said Hinkle. Blair Hinkle sat at the final table as third in chips. He proceeded to knock out Tim Hughes in 9th ($11,457), Ben Smith in 8th ($14,343) and Mark Bonsack in 4th ($40,627). In the end it was down to Hinkle and Brendan Waite. Hinkle has taken a total of $1,665,952 in live tournament winnings plus $1,960,895 playing online as Blur5f6.
