The thoughts and suggestions of 17 individuals and companies that responded to the call for comment on the practical implementation of Nevada's online poker legislation have been published by the state regulator over the weekend.
Many of the comments refer to interstate compacts as a way to improve player liquidity, and several contributors called for harmonized requirements in terms of taxation, rake, player deposit protection, technology, general regulations and rake-back policies.
An opinion expressed by Caesars includes concerns about bad actor provisions through licensing suitability, and the company suggested that Nevada's "online poker only" policy be widened to embrace other forms of internet gambling.
Among other respondents were service which seemingly sought to ditch competition, and among other suggestions were those that interstate activity be confined to already licensed brands as well as those on player dispute channels.
