Blom’s Poker Luck Abandons Him in Latest FTP Nosebleed Table Clash
After loads of good fortune, Lady Luck seemingly decided to turn her eye away from Swedish high stakes poker pro Viktor Blom who on May 8 found his nemesis in shape of Ben Sulsky who left the Full Tilt Poker nosebleed tables with over a million dollars in profit. Namely, in another spectacular rollercoaster action, Blom started the session well, taking $300,000 in a four-table tangle with Sulsky on $400-$800 Pot Limit Omaha at the very beginning of the session, when over 130 six-figure pots were on stake. However, after an initial down, Sulsky went up a gear, and earned a million dollars within a few hours of play, after which Blom decided to make even bigger effort. After another thousand hands, the duo was even in chips, but not long afterwards, Sulsky saw a massive heater, relieving Blom of some $1.37 million.
