Addressing the latest revelations in the Ultimatebet cheating scandal, poker pro Annie Duke posted a statement on Facebook, denying the claims made in a tape recording between lawyers and Ultimatebet executives that she is a regular user of "[God-mode software] on a 15 minute delay."
In the statement, Duke said that "The release of this audio has spurred accusations and I want to make it clear that I have never used a tool on a delay or otherwise that gave me or anyone else access to hole cards for use during real money play nor was I aware that such a tool existed until the scandal broke."
Backing up her statement were Ultimatebet tournament co-presenter John Vorhaus and pro relations manager Joanne Priam.
