ZetPoker Ceases Operations
Over the weekend ZetPoker, a skin on the Revolution network, suspended operations due to financial difficulties caused by delayed network payments. Notifying players of this abrupt change, the Curacao-licensed operator, BTG Gaming, said that it was doing everything in its power to recover player monies allegedly trapped in the Revolution network. It seems that ZetPoker is the only one of the BTG-operated sites (it includes a number of sports book websites using Revolution for their poker content) that has a problem with the network, and that BTG is trying to act responsibly in the unpleasant situation. Reportedly, the problem is that Revolution appears to have withheld payments from ZetPoker, and the operator explained that the situation "....is due wholly to the fact the Zetpoker has not received any player settlement payments from the network/operator for some time.” ZetPoker is not the first to encounter difficulties with Revolution, and it is being speculated that the network is presenting worrying indications on its financial state. There are also offers from some players who are willing to "sell" their account balances at discounts as high as sixty percent.
