Lottomatica has taken on Giulio Astarita, former manager of PokerStars, as Interactive Poker Director.
Astarita made a Facebook post announcing his new role and commenting on the work ahead required to breathe new life into the company's poker offering.
As the former operations and poker room manager at PokerStars, Astarita is armed with the experience to lead the team. Prior to his position at the online poker giant, he was head of marketing at bwin.party's Gioco Digitale.
