All of its subsidiaries had performed well last year except for Devil Fish Poker Limited leading to the announcement that The Weather Lottery Plc (TWL) has agreed to sell it to Jeff Williams, the former managing director of TWL's Online Gambling subsidiaries, as long as the Williams' consultancy agreement is cancelled.
TWL acquired DPL in 2010 for GBP 40,000 cash and GBP 290,000 in shares from Devilfish Gaming Plc.
TWL will revamp its lottery divisions with a focus on both Lottery and Gaming&Payment Software divisions as well as the viability of its The Soccerdome Limited subsidiary where a sale may also be considered.
