Pokerstars releases details on the ninth edition of its popular MicroMillions online tourney! Players can join for a buy-in ranging from $0.11 up to the $22 No Limit Hold'em Main Event, which has a $1 million guarantee and takes place on 16th of November.
This time MicroMillions features 100 events and $5 million guaranteed prize pool! In addition to tournament's prize money there are rewards for consistent performers in MicroMillions. The Isle of Man-based online poker provider incorporated a new tournament format this year, called "Bubble Dash." The format uses variable level timing to enable players to reach the cash relatively quickly.
Blinds start at three minutes and gradually increase as the tournament progresses. This comes very useful when the big-money decisions are being made. There are three Bubble Dash tournaments on the schedule – events 10, 51 and 88 – with buy-ins of $2.20, $2.20 and $4.40, and they are all rebuys.
So far MicroMillions featured a total of more than 10.8 million tournament entries and over $67 million in prize money.

Did not like those tournaments at all. Micromillions are not fun at all. There are a lot of players registering and playing aggressive just because the buy-in is small. I played only a few times that tournaments but I was fast to leave them and focused at normal tournaments.

Great, micromilions are allways fun. The greatest thing is that you can win big money for such a low buy in. So risk isn't that big but you eventually need to run over 10-20k players which is not that hard :) Kidding, take a shot guys, maybe some of us from LCB is the next milionare. Gratz
