Erick Lindgren Sued by Rational Group
Last week, Nevada District Court received a lawsuit from Rational FT Enterprises Limited (Rational), represented by Craig Denney of Snell & Wilmer law firm opposed formerly sponsored Full Tilt poker pro Erick Lindgren. Allegedly Lindgren owes the company an amazing amount of $2 million which were falsely deposited to his account in 2011 also with a loan consisting of $531 087. According to case 2:2015cv00179, Rational submitted a check for $2 million by mistake, even though it has already been done last week. Lindgren, a gambling addict filed for bankruptcy in 2012 after a failed debt collection by PokerStar after Full Tilt Poker gave them the rights to the debt, after the fall out on Black Friday in 2011. Court House News reports that Rational is claiming collection of the debt, declaring that at the time the amount was not released by the bankruptcy court.
