Poker Pro Erick Lindgren Files Second Bankruptcy
According to the Bloomberg business news agency, poker pro Erick Lindgren has filed his second bankruptcy in three years. PokerStars claims that Lindgren received a $2 million payment from Full Tilt in error and has yet to return it. In Nevada court filings, the operator also said that Lindgren has an outstanding loan of $531,807 loan and sought a judgement of $2.5 million in March. Within his Chapter 11 documents, Lindgren has listed his assets as under $50,000 and creditors say they are owed over $8m. Bloomberg reported that Lindgren's 2012 bankruptcy was closed without settling his debts and he reportedly owed the IRS $3.8 million.
