High profile players in the international poker circuit took their seats on Sunday in the second edition of the World Series of Poker High Roller for One Drop. The high roller event came with a huge buy-in of $111,111 and attracted the best of the best in the world. This year there were 135 participants, which is smaller than the last edition in 2013 that saw 166 entrants. Among the list of players, David Einhorn, Phil Hellmuth, Antonio Esfandiari, Erik Seidel, Phil Galfond, Sam Trickett, Jonathan Duhamel and Jason Somerville took part in the action. The prize pool reached a whopping $14,249,925 and just 16 players cash with players who survive the guaranteed to take a total of $251,653 payday. Daniel Colman completed Day 1 among 46 players as the chip leader with 1,955,000. Other top performers included Sorel Mizzi (1,935,000), Andrew Lichtenberger (1,770,000) and 14-time WSOP bracelet winner Phil Hellmuth (1,393,000). Day 2 commended on Monday at 1:00 PM.
