Anthony Zinno is a live only player and hasn't touched the online world of poker. He has had decent success and is one of a very select few to hold some of the titles he has. He was born in Boston Massachusetts and lives in the United States.
His lifetime earnings are just over $3 million. He has 7 cashes at the WSOP for $86,000. Where his stats really shine are on the WPT. He has 9 cashes, 3 final tables and 3 wins in major events on the WPT. That's an amazing record that almost no poker player can say they have. His total earnings at the WPT exceed $2.1 million.
In 2013 he would win his first WPT title when he won the Borgata Poker Open for $825,000. He beat Vanessa Selbst heads up for his 2nd largest cash of his career.
In 2015, he would do what no poker player has ever done. That's go back to back to back at the WPT. He would win 3 titles on the WPT and take in close $1.5 million in the process. The first title was in February of 2015 when he won the Falls View Classic $5,000 buy in for $252,000.
Then in March he would play the LA Poker Classic and go on to win the main event $10,000 buy in for $1 million, the largest cash of his career so far. The final table had former player of the year Mike Leah whim he defeated heads up for the title. As well as Chris Klodnocki and Peter Tran.
Less than a week later he would play the $25,000 buy in shooting Star event and go on to win this as well for $197,000.
Obviously this was a great start to 2015 and as of this writing we aren't even half way through the year. He's been making other final tables on the WPT including a 2nd place at the SHR Poker Open.
As of 2015 April, Anthony is ranked number one in the world with his impressive results. He's won over $1.5 million in this year alone and is on pace to be the Player of the Year if he continues his solid play. He will join the likes of Daniel Negreanu, Phil Ivey and Greg Merson. Not bad company to be keeping.
