I had loved my experience with poker time because with this poker room i came to know about the no deposit poker rooms and i was very impressed by this offer as it saved my money just to check out the poker room. I got 5$ as the no deposit bonus offer and then i took a look at the wagering requirements and it looked very hard to meet because the games were not that god and the games were also very tight and it was very hard to win money from them being the games were so tight and monotonous and i must say that there is lot of bad variance on this poker room and it is genuinely very hard to win with this poker room because i lost the bonus in no time at all and i guess this is what must have happened with everyone else because i saw a lot of users complaining about the games while we were playing even on the chat people kept saying that the games are very bad and no one seemed to be winning i guess that raises a lot of questions and specially about them being fair or not or all they want is our money and they do not want to render the services they promised before we had joined this poker room. Most of the poker rooms do like this that is why they are shut down only after a couple of months and they get their gambling license banned. They also have a very average support team and the pace of communication between the users and the support team is very slow and it is very annoying and pissing because we want the support team to be at our assistance whenever we want.I want them to work on their games which is the most important thing because if the games are not up to mark or entertaining then it is very hard for the users to make money and we a are here to make money so i guess they really need to work on it in order to benefit in the long run. This is a very average poker room and i wont recommend anyone to join them because there are a lot of better options out there.

Poker Time : I registered here a couple of months back and it has been great, until I was faced an account suspension out of nowhere. I am not a big fan of Microgaming poker but I said I should give it a try and there it was, I choosed Poker Time. All went ok, played some freerolls (that’s what I usually do before I make a deposit) but did not manage to win anything. One day I was getting bored and decided to go on and play some poker but, tuff luck, your account has been suspended, please contact customer support. And I did, went to live chat and waited for someone to answer for like 30 minutes, I explained my situation and they said I was locked by their Player Security Department, like I was a bad guy or something. In their Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, there was nothing mentioned that I have to send my documents if I want to play there. I was only playing some freerolls to get to know the software. I even got an e-mail after my chat and was told the same thing. I know nowadays poker sites and casinos need to check their players, but I was only asked to give my documents after I requested a withdrawal. I did send them my documents and waited a couple of days to get an answer, which camed and they said that my account was unlocked, they are sorry for any inconveniences and credited my account with a $5 free no deposit. I said, ok, that is fine, but you could at least give more details why I needed to send my documents and why the account suspension, you could at least warn me before. And the issue disappeared and so did I, after I spent the 5 bucks lol. The software is not great at all, I don’t like it, it has cool graphics, but that’s all. I hope that someone who wants to play here will not have the same problems I did, it’s frustrating and time consuming. Live chat is present, but sometimes you might have to wait a little bit longer before you get an answer. I wish you good luck here, if you plan on trying this poker room.

Hi dear LCB forum! I would like to share my experience from the Poker Time poker: I think the Poker Time is the best Microgaming type poker room. I had many good experiment from them. They customer support and them work progress is outstanding. When I searched for a good poker bonus I found them name on a no deposit bonus list. I was interested from the first time when I saw them offer. That promotion is simply and great at the same time. To claim the 5 free bonus I had to register my account to them and when I finished it I went to the promotion page with my username and pasted it and entered the no deposit code. The no deposit money is not automatically you need to wait maximum 24 hours till you get it. I almost had to wait the full 24 hour until I get it but meanwhile I sent an e mail to the support to ask about the cash out conditions. They wrote me I have to get 30 point on poker to I allowed to cash out. The minimal cash out was 50 euro and the maximum was 100. I started to play on the blaze cash tables and I didn’t cared with the hands but I raised every time. The fortune was with me and after a half hour I had 67 euro from that 5 free chip. I played all night long on that tables and I collected the required poker time points. Because they are a Microgaming poker site they had almost all the greatest video slots. When I had the required poker points I was allowed to play any game of them lobby. I played on the thunderstruck 2 and went up to 120 euro. So you have lots of people to play with. The players there aren't very skilled and there are lots of gamblers so it's a nice place to start trying out poker.
